The WEEZY story

WEEZY apparel® started with one name and a story I’ll carry forever.

When my uncle was at school, he had asthma. His friends used to nickname him “Weezy” because of it. Instead of letting it embarrass him, he turned it into something that was his.

He started writing “WEEZY” as a graffiti tag. He sprayed it on walls in the area, and he would even doodle it in his exercise books at school. It became part of his identity. Something he owned.

My uncle passed away at just 14 years old due to an asthma attack.

As I got older, that name stayed with me. Not just as a memory, but as a reminder of how short life really is and how important it is to build something meaningful.

That’s what WEEZY apparel® is.

It’s more than clothing. It’s my way of honouring him, and turning his name into something positive, visible, and lasting. A brand built on identity, culture, resilience and purpose.

WEEZY apparel® was created in London, inspired by street culture and rooted in craftsmanship. Every piece is designed to feel premium, comfortable and intentional. Not loud for attention, but strong enough to stand out in a quiet way.

This isn’t fast fashion. It’s built to last. Because legacy should last too.
